Well we had some storms move thru yesterday and left us without power till 6 this morning. That stopped my morning walk. Guess that means it happens tonight. That is if the power is on. My neighbor called and said it's out again, so who knows.
I'm really trying to real in my food. I have been eating lots of veggies and fruit, with very little meat, or lean if I do eat any. Water has been really good, exercise needs some extra effort on my part. I don't think I am giving it everything I have. I am more concentrating on my walks, but I do need to do better on the ST.
Yesterdays menu,
B- egg, 2 slices multi grain bread, 1 tbs. light miracle whip, watermelon
L- chicken salad, lettuce and tomato, 6 club crackers
D- 1/2 turkey sausage, bun, mustard, 1/2 2% cheese slice, chili
S- PB on multi grain
