First, Thanks Sarah for dropping by. For some reason I couldn't reply. It was great to see you still around.
I had a really good day yesterday. Got in my ST in the morning, accomplished quite alot at work, and eliminated a skunk in my backyard. Them skunks are everywhere this year. They say if the are out in the daytime, they could be rabid, so we try to get any that we see in the day. Here lately it has been quite a few. I'm afraid they are going to get a hold of my dogs. Not good, been there, done that. Yuck! We saw two more this morning during our walk, then one as we were leaving for work.
I hit the road for four miles this morning with my neighbor. She is such a sweetheart to do this with me. She could stay in bed, but she chose to walk with me. And I really do enjoy having someone to talk to, it makes the walk seem shorter.
yesterday's food, (forgot my journal, so I am trying to just remember)
B- same oats, flax, PP, and pineapple
L- 2 slices multi grain bread, lettuce, miracle whip light, turkey, pickle
D- 2 multi grain rounds, pizza sauce and 2% cheese
S- guac 100 cal, 8 crackers, 1 c. cottage cheese, flax, pineapple, 3 MGD 64
not enough veggies and too much grain, but healthy, I decided not to be totally clean on my food, I tend to go way overboard on treats when I have a splurge. Today or tomorrow, depending on whether or not my son gets his truck back today, I will be getting some groceries. I have been trying to empty my fridge and pantry. I do that a couple times a year. That way I have no out dated food.
