Well, here goes nothing, actually alot. I again, lost down to 167 and gained it back. I deleted my last Blog, which was a huge mistake. Now I belong to a great group of ladies that constantly encourage and give advice, along with some tough love when needed. So with them and the blog world, I plan on taking this one day at a time. No broken goals, no set amount of weight to lose. Just eat healthy, exercise, and live a full life of enjoying my friends and family, without putting myself down.
Before when I blogged, I was constantly setting goals and not completing them. This time, just hard work, no time limit, just be happy and enjoy life. I'm starting this journey at around 178, not real sure, have put the scales away and will not bring them out until my pants size is smaller.
doubt I still have anyone that follows me, but maybe I'll pick up a few along my way.
I do have one goal, that WILL be met. I am walking in the 3 Day 60 Mile Race for the Cure in Dallas on November the 4th thru the 6th (my Birthday is the 6th). Now I am on a 24 week walking program and am into week 3. Monday's, Wednesday's, Saturday, and Sunday. I strength train 3days a week, or I'm supposed to. My trainer is going to strangle me if I don't get back after it. Well, maybe not strangle, but she will keep telling me that my core isn't going to be strong for the walk, and she will be right. So I do need to get that started back up. I'm such a lazy ass.
